Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the MDW organized two virtual meetings with all 15 Early-Stage-Researchers (ESRs) and their supervisors on June 18th and 25th, 2020.
All students prepared a presentation including their current research work and collaboration possibilities within the network. In the Q&A sessions there was time to connect and to discuss research challenges.
Right after the meeting, a virtual team building event followed to get to know each other better and to discuss synergies.

The second VRACE Consortium Meeting will take place during the ICA in Aachen, on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in room Luxemburg in Quellenhof at the ICA Conference, Eurogress Aachen, Monheimsallee 48.

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Institute of Music Acoustics (Wiener Klangstil) of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna‚ we invite researchers, instrument makers, and musicians to the Fourth Vienna Talk on Music Acoustics.

September 6 to 8, 2019:
VRACE ESRs will attend the three-day Summer School for Young Acousticians in Leuven.
The main objective is to get an overview of acoustics as well as to get to know each other since they will work together for the duration of the project.
The VRACE kick-off meeting took place at the mdw, the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
All 17 partners started their activities and prepared one important milestone, the recruiting of 15 early stage researchers for the project.
